Instant Green winners; Congratulations to Sal Biondo S/S and Dave LeBrun Stock for claiming wins in the inaugural Instant Green Race! Many thanks to all who participated and Russ Linke and Rich Hoerth for their assistance in making the program so successful. Plans are already underway to run the program again at the Castrol GTX Pennsylvania Dutch Classic NHRA National Open, October 11-12-13 at Maple Grove Raceway. (race info)

PRO Truck program to be discontinued in Div. 1; due to the lack of support we will not run the "trucks" as a separate category at the remaining NED Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series events. The trucks are still eligible to compete in Comp Eliminator. Thanks to Dominic Surace for making the trek to Maple Grove to run Pro Truck. Surace did go on to qualify in Comp with 7.77 placing in in the thirtieth spot on the Comp ladder.

Attention A/A Racers; with five months to go before the Castrol GTX Castrol Pennsylvania Dutch Classic in October, we would like offer the A/A racers from around the country the opportunity to run for a $1,000 winner take all bonus at the event. We will need a minimum of eight cars for the program. Eliminations will be part of qualifying. For additional details call the NED office at 215-343-2558.
